​K3484 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of funding solutions to UK businesses in its search for a Head of Operations to collaborate with other members of the Asset Finance leadership team to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.

• Lead, manage and mentor regional Sales Support and Payouts teams.

• Develop a culture of operational efficiency to drive performance and ensure regulatory compliance is delivered.

• 5+ years' experience in a middle/senior management position within the Asset Finance

• industry (preferably Hard Assets).
