K3473 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a multi-national asset finance company in its search for an Asset Finance Sales Director.
This senior leadership role will work collaboratively with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to deliver the UK business’s multi-channel origination objectives across Direct, Vendor, and Broker channels..
The ideal candidate will bring extensive field sales experience in a competitive new business environment, with a proven track record of shaping and executing origination strategies in both established and emerging B2B asset finance markets, across both hard and soft assets.
This is a key strategic appointment, and the successful candidate will be instrumental not only in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, but also in contributing at a senior level to the wider strategic direction and growth of the UK business.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in new business origination within asset finance.
Strategic leadership and team management expertise.
Proven ability to deliver growth across multi-channel sales models.
Strong market knowledge across a range of asset classes.
Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits. Location: UK, South East England / Thames Valley (Hybrid).
