​K3463 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a worldwide provider of financing solutions in its search for a Collections and Recoveries Team Leader.

• Responsible for managing and optimising C&R activities to minimise risk costs; throughout the entire collections life-cycle, from early technical arrears through to litigation.

• Training, development and coaching of team members.

• Engagement with field staff to encourage voluntary recovery of assets and assign external recovery agents.

• Preparation and submission of cases requiring external legal partner support and reporting on the level and impact of arrears to management.

• Minimum three years’ experience as collections team lead, ideally in an FCA regulated environment.

• CICM qualified preferable with exposure or interest in the agricultural sector.

• c£55,000 with excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Midlands (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
