K3422 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Senior Management Accountant, Reconciliations.

• Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Senior Management Accountant will be primarily responsible for ensuring that balance sheet reconciliations are carried out on a timely and accurate basis, any non-clearing items are investigated, cleared, and reported.

• The production of the monthly management accounts, and for the management and assistance in the development of the Finance Accounting team. .

• Qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) with industry specific accounting knowledge.

• Experience of running month end process, and delivering p&l and balance sheet to tight deadlines with a good understanding of the general ledger and reconciliations.

• Prior knowledge of ALFA/Odessa and Leasing knowledge is preferable.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
