​​K3411 - New Leaf Search has partnered with one of the world's leading medical technology companies in its search for a Regional Finance Manager, Benelux & Nordics.

• You will manage and oversee the implementation of asset financing, pricing models and strategies designed to optimise revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits.

• Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. 

• Market our client's financial products and programs to customers and facilitate the sale of capital equipment across Benelux & Nordics.

• You will be highly educated with 10+ years’ experience in leasing, equipment financing / medical device sales.

• Preferably experience in a medical equipment leasing company or in the financing division of a medical manufacturer.

• Knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements and transaction structures applicable to asset finance.

• Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: Benelux or Nordic Countries.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
