​K3394 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a UK market-leading provider of flexible B2B funding solutions in its search for a Head of Marketing.

• This is an exciting new created role reporting to the Executive Board to help realise the company's ambitious growth phase.

• You will be responsible for the definition, creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on Digital Marketing.

• You will also manage the internal marketing team’s performance to ensure that they provide exciting and engaging content across all of its digital real estate.

• A critical element of this role will be to effectively build brand awareness of the parent and subsidiary brands.

• You will be a passionate, results driven Digital Marketing Guru with excellent communication skills and customer awareness.

• You will be strategically minded and creative with full responsibility to redefine the digital user experience/journey, tracking and optimisation, SEO, inorganic marketing, social strategy and content management.

• Experience in Financial Services would be helpful (especially Asset Finance), but we’re really keen to meet an outstanding digital expert who can bring best in class practice to our business with any B2B background experience.

• Excellent salary plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Staffordshire (Office).
