​K3360 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a multi-national asset finance company in its search for a Syndications Manager.

• Help develop and embed syndication model and pre-placement internally and externally with clients.

• Originate and lead new and existing key large corporate client relationships where syndication and pre-placement are a key feature of the product solution.

• Work directly and with stakeholders on leading the relationship with Debt Advisory and other arrangers for structured asset finance transactions.

• You will have highly skilled client relationship experience at senior level in a large corporate market, with evidence of strong technical competencies across asset finance products and structures, financial markets, interest rates, general debt structures and pricing.

• Evidence of relationship management with financial institutions, debt advisors and public listed corporate entities.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
