K3204 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a rapidly growing Asset Management firm in their search for an Operations & Payouts Executive. You will prepare and submit documentation for payout, whilst ensuring all legal, financial and credit requirements are adhered to. In addition, you will be required to undertake general related lease administration duties.
Salary to £50,000, plus bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London (Hybrid).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up new loan and lease transactions onto the Operations system and ensuring all respective draw-downs and receipts are processed in a timely manner.
Accurately and efficiently manage all fee and interest obligations to ensure all payments due are received correctly and on time.
Pro-actively manage arrears and posting entries in a timely manner.
Accurately and efficiently manage daily bank account reconciliation.
Keep abreast of all pipeline deals for all front office teams and ensure they are sufficiently prepared for immediate deal set up and payout.
Review and approve payout or ad hoc payments.
Review and approve direct debits on a weekly basis.
Participate and communicate with front office teams on new lending and leasing transactions and provide opinions on operational feasibility.
Review legal terms / agreements.
Ensure set procedures are followed to maintain accuracy and consistency across the team.
Assist in the identification and solution of operational efficiency improvements.
Report regularly to senior management and front office teams.
Support new project roll outs.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Familiar with lending and leasing transactions.
Experience of processing loan and lease payments.
Experience of reviewing loan and lease legal documentation.
Experience of working within a busy lending / leasing operations department.
Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders.
Strong numerical skills with the ability to problem solve.
MS Excel, Outlook and Word competencies.
Attention to detail and high precision of deadline driven output.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload.
Proactive and solutions driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.
Willingness to independently investigate data and systems looking for answers and solutions.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
