​J3486 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international provider of business-to-business financial solutions in its search for a Legal Recoveries Executive to assume responsibility for maximising recoveries and minimising losses on your own portfolio of bad debt cases.

• Ensure the legal and commercial interests of the business are protected at all times.

• The desire and ability to overcome barriers and resolve arrears & bad debt situations in order to achieve revenue goals (both team and individual) is key to this role.

• Experience within collections/recoveries with knowledge of contracts and consumer credit.

• Knowledge of Court Process (smalls claims – essential / fast track, multitrack – preferred).

• Banking, Leasing or Finance industry experience is preferred.

• Excellent, salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Slough / Berks / Bucks (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
