​​J3432 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a CSR Manager (18 MFTC) / Full or Part Time.

• The ideal candidate will give strong direction and purpose to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda.

• You will create and develop existing strategies that promote sustainable values, ethics and governance across our business.

• The two main parts of this role are managing both our internal CSR initiatives to ensure maximum employee engagement, alongside the Environment and Social Governance (ESG) commitment and business priority.

• You will have previous CSR and ESG experience within a corporate environment

• Project Management skills and Change Management Experience would be useful.

• Strong and communicative presentation style.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
