J3431 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Collections & Recoveries Account Manager.

• You will predominantly focus on arrears collection within the 60-90 days aged category.

• Arrange sustainable repayment plans through effective evaluation of income & expenditure with customers.

• Review contractual documents and terms & conditions to identify information that can that can add value to the recovery process.

• The ideal applicant will have excellent collections experience (2/3 years) in the asset finance or motor finance industry.

• You will have technical expertise in all areas of the collections and recoveries process; specifically in bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery.

• Knowledge of contract and consumer credit is essential.

• Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
