J3428 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Customer Services Coordinator, to personally deliver high quality, flexible customer services which maximise customer satisfaction and consistently reinforce the strength of commitment to end users and business partners.
You will create and develop a pro-active approach to Customer Service with the objective of improving relationships with customers and introducers.
Ensure continual contact with both internal and external customers with the ability to build relationships and prioritise work.
Key to your success as will the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst maintaining a clear focus on the objective.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within financial services.
Applications from seasoned Customer Services experts with Financial services experience also welcomed.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
