​J3353 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for an Asset Manager, Technology Assets.

• You will help build profitable growth and manage the maturing leases within the RV-bearing portfolio, focused on Technology assets including IT, Healthcare and Green assets.

• You will set RVs for leased assets and manage, monitors, and mitigates this RV risk through the life of the portfolio.

• As an experienced Asset Manager, you will work closely with Vendor partners to monitor the maturing portfolio, appropriately leveraging EoT outcomes from expiring leases.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of setting RVs, agreeing lease extensions and remarketing assets and well as an in-depth knowledge and experience of managing a core amount of technology asset types across the private and public sectors.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
