J3197 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a highly successful and progressive business finance broker in their search for a Business Development Manager. You will work as part of a small dedicated team, and will currently be a successful account manager who is totally comfortable approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business. You will also need to be good at maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 plus excellent bonus (OTE £100,000+) and benefits. Location: UK, North Wales / North West England
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound calls and emails to businesses both new and existing.
Responding to any incoming email and phone enquiries.
Working the qualified leads provided by calling potential customers to prospect for new business.
Ability to make calculations of finance terms and monthly payments using our panel of funders.
Ability to Close deals prior to sending over to funders for acceptance.
Liaising direct with funders to discuss deals and documents.
Build up a good pipeline of clients both new and existing.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Must be able to work under pressure and meet set targets.
Ability to create new business opportunities.
Experience /knowledge of unsecured lending and asset finance.
Excellent English writing and presentation skills.
Computer literacy – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Industry Awareness – regulations (Money Laundering, FCA etc.)
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
