Managing Director
With over 30 years of experience in asset finance and leasing, I have developed a strong track record in driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and selling innovative financial solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve held roles across different asset classes, gaining extensive expertise in both sales and operational management.
In 2004, I co-founded New Leaf Search, where I now oversee the business strategy, finance, operations, sales, and marketing. We specialise in recruitment and executive search within the asset finance and leasing sectors, helping clients find the right talent to fuel their growth. My deep industry knowledge allows me to help organisations and individuals excel in the asset finance industry. By offering strategic insights and recruitment solutions, I aim to drive long-term success and deliver value to both clients and candidates.
Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about staying active. I’m an avid gym-goer, working to improve my golf handicap, and a long-time supporter of West Ham United, holding a season ticket for many years.
