The successful candidate will also take direct ownership of key accounts, ensuring strong commercial relationships and consistent revenue growth.

Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in line with growth objectives.
Lead and manage the sales function to deliver consistent and high-performing results.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and sales channels.
Maintain and develop key customer relationships at a senior level.
Mentor and guide the sales team to improve capability, performance, and motivation.
👤 Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
In-depth knowledge of the UK Asset Finance industry and relevant B2B funding markets.
Commercially astute, strategic, and results-driven.
UK-based experience in financial services/asset finance is essential.
