New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading multi-national asset finance organisation in the search for an experienced Asset Finance Sales Director to lead UK origination efforts across Direct, Vendor, and Broker channels.

This is a senior leadership role, working closely with the Board and SLT to shape and deliver multi-channel origination strategy across both hard and soft asset finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement origination strategies across key sales channels

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national sales team

• Drive new business growth across both established and emerging B2B sectors

• Work closely with leadership to align sales goals with broader UK business strategy

• Leverage strong market knowledge across a variety of asset classes to stay ahead of the curve

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience in new business origination within Asset Finance

• Strong leadership and people management capability

• Track record of delivering results across multi-channel sales models

• Deep market knowledge of both hard and soft assets

• UK-based (in-country) experience is essential
