New Leaf Search is proud to partner with a leading European financial services group to recruit a talented Risk Underwriter for their Flow business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you will be responsible for the expert evaluation and underwriting of business across multiple channels, in accordance with both domestic and centralised risk policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and underwrite proposals across all business channels

• Operate within agreed risk policies and personal/domestic discretion levels

• Uphold governance standards and maintain robust credit processes

• Ensure efficient handling of origination, approvals, collateral, and bad debt management

• Contribute to maintaining service level agreements across the credit cycle

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years’ credit experience, ideally with exposure to a range of commercial and industrial sectors

• Strong ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and data

• Detail-oriented with good governance awareness and decision-making capabilities

• Relevant UK (in-country) experience in Financial Services is essential – preferably within Asset Finance and Leasing
