New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Recoveries Account Manager, focusing on arrears collection in the 60–90 day aged category. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage arrears collections in the 60–90 day bracket.

• Handle bad debt recovery, including insolvency, litigation, and asset recovery.

• Make outgoing collections calls and coordinate with external agents and solicitors.

• Negotiate assertively while maintaining professionalism to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' collections experience in the asset finance or automotive finance sector.

• Strong technical expertise in bad debt collection, litigation, insolvency, and asset recovery.

• Solid understanding of contract and consumer credit law.

• Background in Finance & Leasing or Motor Finance.

• Resilient, persistent, and persuasive—able to negotiate effectively without being aggressive.
